The casting was done by a candle foundation and made at a height of 250 cm radially.
26. Can I get information about earthquake resistance and soil properties of the project?
Not only the ground structure is good, but also used 818 of Reinforced concretes with Φ80 and Φ 120 cm diameter with 30-35 m length in Under Foundation and Bored piles’ length are 26,500m. In addition, on the bored piles, a 250 cm high raft foundation will be made. The buildings are constructed in such a way that they are highly resistant to earthquakes.
27. How will the heating and cooling systems of the houses in the project be provided?
Heating of residences will be provided by hot water from the heat center which will work with natural gas through radiators. Cooling of indoor and outdoor units will be provided by urf air conditioning system to be provided by the home owner. Hot water for use in the apartments will also be provided from the heat center which will work with natural gas.
28. How will ventilation be provided?
There will be ventilation system to provide fresh air in the elevator halls. There will be an exhaust system in the apartment which will suck from kitchen hoods and toilets.
Fresh air conditioner in the floor halls will be heated in the winter months.
29. How is earthquake safety in buildings?
Earthquake safety is high in buildings. All calculations and projections are made to secure buildings at the time of an earthquake and the buildings are extremely resistant to possible earthquakes. The basic system of raft is conveyed to building up to 35 m deep hard clay stone by piles.
30. Will there be a warehouse for units?
Yes, each unit in buildings will have 1 warehouse for approximately 5 m².
